Can I make changes after I placed my order?
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are not able to make changes to an order after it was placed. This includes discounts that was not applied at the time of the sale.

I put the wrong address as my shipping address. What do I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@littlebearplans.com with your order number and correct address. We cannot guarantee that the modification will be made in time if the order has been handed off to our shipping vendors.
If your order was shipped to an incorrect address, we’re unfortunately unable to change the address once it’s in transit. In most cases, the order will be returned to our business address. Once we receive it, we will contact you to arrange reshipment to the correct address.
