Physical Products
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
As a small business, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on sticker products at this time. However, if there is a problem with the print or cut quality of your item, please email us at hello@littlebearplans.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Non-returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including digital products, custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
